Ruler of Your Own World with Heejun

On Tuesday, Heejun was a "contestant" on 네 멋대로 해라 (Ruler of Your Own World). Previously, he had appeared on the pilot version like three months ago, and because he still dresses horribly for whatever reason, he was brought back on for the first episode of the new series.

The contestants brought a whole bunch of their clothes, and at the start of the episode, they went through everyone's stuff and basically made fun of everything, but unfortunately, they did not spend any time with Heejun's. Actually, this was fine. We all already know that Heejun tends to look like he stepped out of a Hot Topic in 2004.

The first round was Chuseok themed. I was kinda confused as to how exactly, though.

Heejun came out not looking entirely that bad...

I thought the handkerchief was held together with duct tape.

But the judges were not impressed, and NO ONE liked his outfit.

The next round focused on airport fashion.

Heejun came out dressed in the exact same outfit that he wore for the Handsome Boys of the 20th Century season one promo photo-shoot. 

Surprisingly, three people actually like this ensemble.

But he got upset when the judges liked Don Spike's similar outfit more.

Y'all lucky Hyungdon's holding him back.

In the next round, they had to recreate a G-Dragon look...

Heejun is my heartbreaker, TBQH.

He recreated the photo pretty well and even cut his pants.

He broke out the "Warrior's Descendant" dance, too...

But this did not win over the judges, and again, only three people liked his outfit.

When another contestant was up and was getting praise for his layering, Heejun rushed the stage wearing like three button-up shirts over his t-shirt and under the leather jacket...

This did not make it any better. Obviously.

The final round was club fashion.

Heejun came out in that ugly brown coat that he wore on WISH and on the Ruler pilot...

Walk into the club like, "What up, I got a big coat."

Someone was like, "what if a girl comes up to you?" That's when he ripped off the coat and presented everyone with an even worse look...

It looks like a pajama top.

Of course, and understandably, NO ONE liked this look.

Heejun came in last out of all the contestants. IKR, what a shocker...

I'm wondering if this will get subbed since it's a KBS show. Maybe it will. IDK. But I'll post about it again if it is.

Joon on Happy Together

Joon was on Happy Together a couple weeks ago, but the subbed episode came out this Thursday, and I finally got around to watching it today~

It was a "Newlywed Special." But apart from Joon, I didn't know anyone else except for Park Hyunbin (who came off as being gross AF on here).

There were some funny moments. Like talking about when Joon met Park Geunhye and hit her with some 'yo's and how he wanted to call her noona. And then when Joon mentioned how his wife is like fourteen years younger, Jaesuk was like it's okay, Joon is just so old that it doesn't even seem like a huge age gap. Poor guy can't even fart around his wife yet.

However, to be honest, there definitely was not enough Joon on this episode of Happy Together.

Subbed Escape Crisis No. 1 with Jiwon & Jongmin Part 2

The second half of the Escape Crisis No. 1 500th episode special is now out subbed.

This time it was a lot funnier to me for whatever reason, and I learned some interesting things, at least.

omg, I swear I had something else to say about watching the episode, but it must have completely slipped my mind. wth.

That episode of BOX with Jaeduc and Taehee aired on Saturday, and I only just realized that it did. IDK if I'm going to watch it.

I still haven't finished LAST either. Getting super behind on shows, which is pretty bad since I'm going to have a crazy amount of stuff to watch during Chuseok.

Yoomin on 100 People 100 Songs

On Sunday, Yoomin appeared on jTBC’s 백인백곡 끝까지 간다 (100 People 100 Songs).

I only knew this show existed because Heejun is one of the MCs. Apparently, this show only started like a year ago but wasn't there another show that was hella similar to this? Like it was like some sort of karaoke program with celebrities? Even the set was similar... I remember watching it because Myeonghun was on an episode, but I can't for the life of me remember what that was called.

Anyway...

I fast forwarded through this like a lot. Yoomin doesn't have a forceful personality, so he wasn't interjecting into conversations or anything. As such I didn't miss much when I just kept skipping ahead.

Finally, though, it was his turn to sing.

Of course, they had to bring up his somewhat recent weight-loss (just saying, but Taewoo is now using the same clinic that Yoomin did in an effort to shed some pounds, and he supposedly already lost a bunch of weight).

And of course, they made Yoomin do his "Breakfast at Tiffany's" monologue.

And then he did some bird calls. lolwut?

And then some man from the audience played "My Heart Will Go On" on a carrot, which was a bigger lolwut moment.

Afterwards, Heejun ate the carrot recorder.

Which he wasn't supposed to do.

So he ruined it. Now that man needs to make a whole new carrot recorder.

Great job.

Finally, Yoomin got to sing.

He had to sing a Seo Taiji and Boys song.

And I guess he did pretty well.

Is Yoomin a good singer? I always thought he was okay, and personally, I like his voice. But when he was on Mask Singer they were like, "is this guy even a singer?" and I was like, "really, dudes?"

IDK anymore...

His appearance continues next week, too, so I'm gonna watch and post about it then.
